Creating
classroom cultures that foster reading motivation
Teacher is the
important key in children improvement whose enjoy reading or not. The cognitive
research can help and support children development. Encouraging the children to
enjoy reading use the role of motivation in literacy development.
Motivation aspect:

whose enjoy and motivated in reading are better reader
2. 2. Some
children came with full facility likes print, books, book language and home
support
3. 3. Children
whose not enjoy reading must be support for their better development
Teacher using
the view of idealized reader to help them making literacy curriculum. These is
example, one of type’s reader with element of motivation, such as the engaged reader is a reader who’s motivated,
knowledgeable, strategic, and socially interactive. The personal, intellectual,
and social nature of engaged reader is seen in their ways of understanding the
reading material and how they interpret it. Can
a reading therapy system make some effect in their motivation reading? Using
a pre- and post-test reading revealed the result that the system can boast the
reading motivation and behaviours of children also the count of number literacy
experience at home is statistically significant increases. A classroom with a
lot of book collection for choices, children familiarity with books, using a
books as daily conversation material can foster their reading motivation.
Developing a self-passion to read is best with rewarding a books, it can move
their curiosity in fun way.
